Shipping for all UK orders is Free. Delivery fee to Ireland is €5.40. We do not offer an express delivery. At present we only ship within the UK and Ireland. Your order will be delivered within 7 working days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Goods will be despatched by Skinbrands Warehouse DSV and delivered by DPD who will email you details of expected delivery. A signature will be required on delivery.
If you have purchased directly from our website, you may return the product within 14 calendar days after receipt – providing the product has not been used. We will then issue a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees), as long as you have notified us via email, and send the product back to our Customer Care address (below). You must also include your packing slip and returns form.
