Once each day, apply a thin line directly to clean, dry eyelashes in one even sweep. Let your lashes dry before applying any other products.
When applied as directed, RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner should not get into the eyes, and therefore, should not have any physiological effect on your eyes, including the colour of your eyes (iris).
While every individual is different, many people report noticing more beautiful lashes within 6 weeks of use.
If you discontinue use of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner, your eyelashes will gradually return to their original appearance.
When used as directed, the 3.5ml RevitaLash Advanced Eyelash Conditioner lasts up to 6 months, the 2ml up to 3 months and the 1ml up to 6 weeks. The expiration date for either size is one year upon opening and three years if unopened.
The safety of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has been shown in multiple tests to be safe for use on the skin and eyes in adult study subjects only. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has not been tested in children so we therefore recommend that the product not be used by children under the age of 18.

Yes. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner and RevitaBrow® Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner should not affect your permanent or semi- permanent makeup. If you have just recently finished getting your treatment, please make sure the area has completely healed and consult with your doctor prior to using either product.
No. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner is formulated for use on eyelashes while RevitaBrow® Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner is formulated for use on eyebrows. Each has a custom-designed applicator to allow for precision application in the area where each is intended.
The safety of our products has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has been shown in these tests to be safe to the skin and to eyes in adult study subjects. Based on scientific literature and clinical experience, independent ophthalmic specialist concluded that RevitaLash® Advanced is not unsafe for use during pregnancy or breast feeding, or while undergoing chemotherapy. That said, if you are pregnant or undergoing any medical treatment and have concerns about using any product, please consult with your Doctor.
We adhere to a very high safety standard, so while it is safe for use on lower lashes, we do not recommend this as the applicator is designed specifically for use on the upper eyelashes.

The first payment is taken when the order is confirmed. The second and third instalments are collected 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the first instalment. As soon as RevitaLash have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments purchase at RevitaLash from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment and you can always monitor the due date in Klarna app at your convenience. Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 instalments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time.

Yes. Just go to the Klarna app or log onto Klarna.com/uk and pay off early.
Klarna will notify you via email and push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when this has successfully been collected, or in the unlikely event of your payment failing. If a payment has been collected but you have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at www.klarna.com/uk.
Once RevitaLash has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
In the event that your goods have not been received please call RevitaLash to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout.

You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email address and full name you used to sign up with.
Changes to your account will take place from the time RevitaLash confirms in written correspondence to you.
Please ensure that you allow three business days for your subscription to be cancelled.
Once your subscription fee has been deducted from your account and the order has been processed, we will not be able to intercept your parcel or provide a refund.
