Every so often we analyse our IP address logs so that we can more effectively market our products and services to our website visitors.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Cost of postage is as follows:

Cost of postage is £4.95 for UK & Northern Ireland.

We do not ship to addresses outside of the UK or Northern Ireland.

Orders placed before 1pm GMT on weekdays, will be despatched the same day. Otherwise, your order will be despatched the following working day.

Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

ORDERS & RETURNS

If you have purchased directly from our website, you may return the product within 14 calendar days after receipt – providing the product has not been used. We will then issue a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees), as long as you have notified us via email: revitalash@harpargrace.com

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition: Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable. You must also include your packing slip and returns form.
